Ron Ayala - Director of Operations
Ron Ayala is the Director of Event Management Operations and Executive Protection Services for Event Support Services, Inc., a Bower Company.
Ron Ayala has an extensive and varied background of more than thirty years in criminal and civil investigations; player and executive protection; and security for major sporting and entertainment events . Since 2005, Ron Ayala has been an integral leader in the development and implementation of security and management operations for major events throughout the United States and Mexico which include, Professional PGA golf tournaments, Professional ATP & WTA tennis tournaments, music festivals and concerts .
Prior to joining Event Support Services, Inc., Mr. Ayala worked fifteen years as the Western Regional Director of Anti-Piracy Operations for the Recording Industry Association of America, Inc. (RIAA) and fourteen years as a Deputy Sheriff and a member of the Anti-Terrorist and Subversives-Special Investigations Unit for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
